The United States-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) trade agreement has passed both the U.S. House and Senate and is on its way to be signed into law.  Mexico has already ratified the agreement, and Canada is expected to consider it in the coming weeks.

About USMCA

The ability to integrate our supply chain throughout North America helps make the equipment Caterpillar produces in the United States more competitive globally. Canada and Mexico are top export markets for our U.S.-made products ranging from energy to mining to construction.

The US-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement (USMCA) successfully modernizes the North America Free Trade Agreement while maintaining regional market access for U.S. products. It reflects Caterpillar’s top priorities, and we encourage Congress to pass this agreement.
